Guideline for Registration

KISM 2023 provides an Pre-registration Fee until ~~October 31 (Tue.), 2023~~ November 7 (Tue.), 2023 in order to generate discount rates of the registration fee to those who are highly interested in the conference.

KSDT Group Member	Diamond	50 % discount for 4 persons
	Platinum	50 % discount for 2 persons
	Gold	50 % discount for 1 person

IMPORTANT NOTE

KDST Member Discount varies depending on individual membership with KSDT.
KSDT Group Member Company Discounts apply a 50% discount on the total registration fee for the designated discount recipients provided by the secretariat, regardless of the registration type.

Hanyang University Server Security Guide

In Hanyang University's server, there have been frequent payment errors occurring in the KISM 2023 registration system.
Please access the Hanyang University Portal Service and consider installing a firewall or attempting mobile payment using your phone.

Registration Procedure Notice

Please submit the 'Extra Information' at the bottom of the registration form for the final payment.
Filling out the 'Extra Information' will generate the 'Pay Now' button.

Click the 'Registration Submission' button
Step 3

Fill out the On-line registration form
Step 4

Click the 'Submit' button and scroll down to review the details

Step 5

Submitting
'Extra Information' below will create the 'Pay Now' button. Please complete the final payment.
Step 6

Card Pay the registration fee through the On-line payment system
TRANSFER Check your invoice and transfer the registration fee
Step 7

Confirmation letter will be sent to you

(For Korean) Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate the payment you made to Duzon.
(For Foreigner) Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM
(For Foreigner) This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com

By Bank Transfer

Please make the bank transfer to below account specified.
Sender's name MUST BE Registration number(4-digits) or Registrant's name.
All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrant.
After your deposit details are confirmed, the secretariat will send you a confirmation email of the registration within a week.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

※ Please notify KISM 2023 secretariat in writing to registration@kism2023.kr to request a refund and cancel your registration.
※ All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
※ Refunds will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.
